This policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refunds are handled for paid services on Resume Intelligence.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period.
2. Renewal Charges
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis when required by law or when a verified billing error has occurred.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Completed services, consumed usage credits, or partial billing periods may be non-refundable, except where required by law.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support with your account email, payment date, and reason for your request.
